Receipt
If you made a purchase and the order has already been completed, the receipt for it has also been sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will have a "Order (order number) confirmed" title.
If you are unable to find it, please make sure to check your Spam folder. If you are still not able to locate it, please contact our Customer Service via 24/7 LiveChat or by e-mailing us at info@shopretrograde.com and we will arrange the receipt for you manually.
Invoice
If you wish to get an invoice for one of your orders, please contact our Customer Service via 24/7 LiveChat or by e-mailing us at info@shopretrograde.com and make sure to provide all the necessary data that needs to be put for the invoice to be created. Please note that the Supplier is not obliged to issue an invoice and in some cases may not be able to provide one.
